摘要：目的：对比心律平和异搏定对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的治疗效果及各自的副反应。方法：对我院急诊接诊的48例阵发性室上速随机分成心律平和异搏定治疗组，心律平组给予心律平70mg～140mg静注，异搏定组给予异搏定5mg～10mg静注。结果:心律平和异搏定对阵发性室上性的治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),副作用异搏定较心律平高。结论:PSVT应首选心律平,异搏定可作为一线药物,须注意其副作用。

    Comparing the effect of Propafenone and Verapamil on Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia

    Abstract: Objective: To compare the effect and side effect of propafenone and verapamil on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT). Method: 48 cases with PSVT in emergency department were divided into propafenone and verapamil goup randomly. In propafenone group took 70mg～140mg propafenone intravenous injection. In verapamil group were given 5mg～10mg verapamil. Result: There's no stastically significance (P>0.05) on PSVT by propafenone and verapamil. The side effect is superior to propafenone. Conclusion: Propafenone is the first choice for the therapy of PSVT. when we select verapamol, we should pay attention to the side effect. ......
