     【摘要】目的探讨双侧圆韧带交叉悬吊双侧子宫骶骨韧带治疗子宫脱垂的可行性及疗效。方法 2000年3～11月行双侧圆韧带交叉悬吊双侧子宫骶骨韧带治疗子宫脱垂患者16例，其中合并有阴道前后壁膨出者5例，单纯前壁膨出者11例。合并压力性尿失禁者9例，子宫肌瘤者4例，子宫腺肌病者3例。结果手术时间40～95min，平均(55±17)min，术中失血量50～100ml均<100ml，随诊14例，失访2例。随诊时间为6～51个月，其中治愈11例，有效2例，复发1例。结论双侧圆韧带交叉悬吊双侧骶骨韧带治疗子宫脱垂是一种安全、有效、简捷的手术方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore possibility and efficacy of two side round ligaments suspended crossly tow side uterosacral ligaments for uterine prolapse of reserve cervices or uterines.Methods Sixteen women with uterine prolapse underwent that two side round ligaments suspended crossly tow side uterosacral ligaments for uterine prolapse.Among all patients,five patients were with prolapse of anterior and posterior wall of vagina,eleven only with prolapse of anterior wall of vagina,nine patients were with stress urinary incontinence,four with myomas,and three with adenomysis.Results The mean operating time was (55±17)min(40～95min),and the blood lose was less than 100ml(50～100ml).Followup of fourteen patients was from six to fiftyone months,and follow up of two patients were lost.Eleven patients had no symptoms of uterine prolapse,and two had the first degree of uterine prolapse.One patient presented recurrence of the seconddegree uterine prolapse.Conclusion It is safe,effective and simple that tow side round ligaments suspended crossly tow side uterosacral ligaments for uterine prolapse of reserve cervices or uterines. ......
