【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管囊肿的诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析输尿管囊肿22例临床资料。其中20%合并上尿路畸形，所有病例均经B超、IVP或膀胱镜检确诊，并经手术证实。治疗均予经尿道输尿管囊肿切除或部分切除术，手术难度小。结果 术后平均随访2年，效果良好。所有患者均未见返流发生。结论 经尿道输尿管囊肿切除或部分切除术手术简单，疗效满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective 22 cases of ureterocele reviewed.Methods The primary clinical manifestations were lumbago,urinary irritation or dysuria.Malformation of the upper tract were observed in 20% and some cases were observed dysplasia at the mucous layer of ureterocele.Diagnosis was established by cystoscopy,IVP or ultrasonography and was conducted by surgical intervention.Results Transurethral incision of the ureterocele was conducted in all cases.The patients have been followed up for a mean of 2 years with no vesicoureteral reflux found on follow up studies.Condusion Transurethral incision of the uretreocele is simple and effective.
