     [摘要]目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎疗效评估方法。方法对1997年～2001年鼻内镜手术并随访1年以上的325例完整临床资料，按设计的疗效评估指标进行分析。结果鼻窦病变性质、范围和程度的差别与手术疗效有显著相关性。结论建立统一的鼻窦炎疗效评定标准对正确评价经鼻内镜鼻窦手术具有重要意义。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore the evaluating way of curative effect in transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery for treating chronic sinusitis.Methods325 cases who suffered form chronic sinusitis and undergone the endoscopic sinus surgery in 19972001 were analyzed according to the index that set up by ourselves. ResultsThe difference of properties, limits and extents of pathological changes in sinuses affected directly the surgical result. ConclusionsIt is very important to build up a staging system and a criterion of treating effect on chronic sinusitis for appraising properly the endoscopic sinus surgery. ......
