     [摘要] 目的分析产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)鲍曼不动杆菌SHV型β内酰胺酶(BLA)的编码基因并确定其亚型。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增BLA编码基因片段,双脱氧链终止法测定核苷酸序列、确定亚型。结果临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌HZ29株产生SHV型BLA,其扩增片段含825个核苷酸,核苷酸及相应的氨基酸序列经GenBank查询无相同序列,为新发现的一种BLA 亚型，其序列已以SHV56名称在美国核酸数据库GenBank成功登录(GenBank注册号: AY352599)。结论临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌HZ29株所产SHV型BLA为一种新发现的BLA亚型。

    [Abstract] Objective To determine the genetype of the plasmidmediated βlactamasesencoding genes produced by the HZ29 strain of extendedspectrum βlactamases (ESBLs)producing Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from Huzhou District ,Zhejiang Province ,P.R.China.Methods The encoding gene of βlactamases produced by clinical isolation was amplified by PCR.The purified PCR product was sequenced by Sanger's dideoxy chain termination method and were analysed to compare with βlactamasesencoding genes that had been published in GenBank.Results The βlactamasesencoding gene was determined as SHV by PCR.Its PCR product had 825 nucleotides. Its corresponding amino acid sequence had no similarity in the GenBank.The βlactamases produced by the HZ29 strain of Acinetobacter baumannii was determined as a novel subtype of βlactamases named SHV56(GenBank accession number：AY352599).Conclusions The SHV βlactamase produced by the HZ29 strain of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from Huzhou District ,Zhejiang Province ,P.R.China was determined as SHV56 which was a novel subtype of βlactamases first reported in the world. ......
