【摘要】 目的 探讨应用强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤色斑及改善皮肤整体状况的疗效。方法 对474例面部色斑患者采用强脉冲光子嫩肤仪进行治疗，共5次，每次间隔3~4周。治疗前拍照对比，医患双方分别填写疗效观察表进行评估。结果 色斑治疗有效率，患者评价为89.0%，医生评价为89.7%，医患双方评价合并后为89.3%；面部皮肤状况整体改善率，患者评价为94.7%，医生评价为95.0%，医患双方评价合并后为94.8%。疗效肯定，并发症发生率低(1.5%)。结论 应用强脉冲光技术治疗面部皮肤色斑及改善皮肤状况，效果满意，治疗过程无创伤，无痛苦，无结痂，无色素沉着，不需休假，是一种安全、有效和方便的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of photorejuvenation for the treatment of face pigmentation and for the improvement of face skin quality by intense pulse light.Methods A total of 474 cases suffered from face pigmentation were treated by intense pulse light.After one course(5 times of the treatment at interval of 3 weeks) the evaluation were performed by comparing photos with curative effect.Results The effective rate of pigmentation was 86.3%,including 89.0% evaluated by patients and 89.6% by doctors.The improvement rate of face skin quality was 94.8%,including 94.6% evaluated by patients and 95.0% by doctors.The complication incidence was low (1.48%).Conclusion Intense pulse light is used to treat the facial pigmentation and improve the skin quality with satisfactory results and without wound,agony,scab,pigmentation, work-leave,which suggests it is a kind of safe,effective and convenient treatment method. ......
