非小细胞肺癌组织中p16与p53等的表达及其相关性研究

     [摘要] 目的：探讨在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中p16、p53、Ki67的表达及其相关性。方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测p16、p53、Ki67在45例NSCLC组织中的表达情况。结果：45例NSCLC标本中p16阳性表达为17例(37.78%)，p53阳性表达为25例(55.56%)，Ki67阳性表达为34例(75.56%)。各种蛋白阳性表达率与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01)，与年龄、性别、组织类型、分化程度无显著相关性(P>0.05)。p16和p53、Ki67的表达呈负相关。结论：p16、p53及Ki67对于判断NSCLC患者预后具有重要意义。

    Study on the Expression and Correlation of p16 and p53 et al Proteins in Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

    Abstract：Objective To study the expression and correlation of p16,p53 and Ki67 proteins in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Expression of p16,p53 and Ki67 proteins were detected in 45 cases of NSCLC by immunohistological technology (SP).Results Of the 45 cases NSCLC,17 cases (37.78%) were positive for p16,25 cases (55.56%) for p53 and 34 cases for Ki67 (75.56%).A significant relationship was found between the expression of p16,p53 and Ki67.That is,the cases with low expression of p16 and high expression of p53 and Ki67 were advanced cases and the rate of lymph node metastasis also increate.Conclusions p16,p53 and Ki67 maybe factors associated to estimate the prognosis of NSCLC. ......
