【摘要】 目的 探讨胃镜检查上消化道疾病时的不同准备方法，节省时间方便就诊者，提高工作效率。方法 回顾性分析了我院2002～2004年行胃镜检查的采用传统的局麻及不需局麻2200例患者。结果 自我感觉比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。行胃镜检查是否容易通过咽喉部，很大程度上取决于患者与操作者的相互配合。结论 只要我们的医护工作者细心详细地做好解释工作，对消除患者恐惧心理起重要的作用。

    The realization of gastroscopic examination in patients without local anaesthesia before the operation

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss repairing ways to the examination on the upper digestive trast with gastroscope to save time and give convenience to the customers and improve the efficiency.Methods Analyzing retrospectively the 2200 cases examined with gastroscope during the year 2002 to 2004 in our hospital.Results We found the contrast of patients’ feeling between those with local anaesthesia and those without local anaesthesia have not significant (P>0.05).If the gastroscope could go throngh the throat easily was determined greatly by the intraoperation between the operator and the patients.Conclsion The careful interpreting work to dismiss patients’ dread works well. ......
