     [摘要] 目的：总结预防分娩时会阴撕裂伤的经验。方法：根据笔者的工作经历，从产妇、胎儿、助产者等几方面来分析会阴撕裂的原因。结果：做好产前准备，改良产时措施，努力提高助产者自身技术水平，可以避免会阴裂伤发生。结论：虚心学习，认真总结，仔细观察，指导产妇正确用力，避免胎儿娩出过快，严格掌握手术助产的适应证，选择合适的分娩方式，会阴裂伤是可以预防的。

    Analysis of Clelivery the Avulsiong of Perineum

    Abstract：Objective Sum up the experience of preventing the avulsion of perineum when delivery.Methods Following the working experience,we anslyse its reason about puerpera,embryo and midwife.Results Get ready before delivery,improve method when delivery.and improve midwife’s bechnical level so as to avoid the avulsion of perineum.Conclusion Learn unambitiously,sum up are fully,observe carefully,guide the puerpera,master the adaption of the cleliver of the operation,choose the right way so as to prevent the illness.
