[摘 要] 目的：总结分析18例小细胞未分化癌(SCUC)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)征象，以提高对该病的认识和诊断能力。方法：收集经手术或纤支镜病理证实的18例SCUC的临床资料，回顾性总结分析CT影像特征。结果：中央型肺癌13例，肿块有分叶者7例，其余肿块平扫与肺不张及肺门肿大淋巴结分界不清，增强检查可区分肿块及累及范围、有无纵隔淋巴结转移。外围型肺癌5例，原发灶呈圆形或类圆形结节3例，不规则肿块状1例，小片状1例；边缘光滑3例，浅分叶1例，毛剌1例;增强后平均CT值增加35.3 Hu；有纵隔及肺门转移3例。结论：MSCT能清楚显示SCUC的累及范围，有无周围组织器官侵犯及淋巴结转移，为临床分期及制定治疗方案提供重要依据。[关键词] 肺肿瘤；小细胞；未分化癌；螺旋CT；多排探测器
The Appearance of Multislice CT of Small Cell Undifferentiated Carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To analyze the multislice CT(MSCT) appearance of small cell undifferentiated carcinoma in order to improve the knowledge and diagnosis accuracy of this disease.Methods MSCT appearances of 18 cases confirmed by surgery and fiberoptic bronchoscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 13 cases belonging to cntral carcinoma,in which 7 cases of the primary tumor presented signs of lubulation,while others presented a obscure border with atelectasis and hilar lymphadenopathy;contrastedenhancement help to distinguish the primary tumor and its scope and whether or not lymphadenopathy.5 cases fell into peripheral cancinoma,in which shaped round node,irregular tumor and splinter being 3,1 and 1,respectively;borders presented velvet,shallow lubulation and spilliness being 3,1 and 1,respectively. Compared with plan scaning,Contrastedenhancement added up to 35.3 Hu.3 cases in this type had hilar and mediastinal lymphadenopathy.Conclusion MSCT scan can clearly show the lesions range and the condition of the adjacent tissue and organ and lymph nodes,which provide essential evidence to stage and establish therapy scheme for clinic. ......
