     摘要：目的建立仙珍骨宝胶囊中淫羊藿苷的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法对几种TLC法进行筛选实验。结果优选出最佳方法：用0.1 mol/L Na2HPO4溶液配制成的0.3% CMCNa溶液制成的硅胶G薄层板，以醋酸丁酯∶甲酸∶水(1.3∶1∶1)的上层溶液为展开剂。结论应用该法色谱斑点较多，无拖尾，背景干扰较少，分离效果较好，重现性好。

    Screening on TLC Identification Methods for Icarrin in Xianzhengubao Capsules

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the identification methods for icarrin in Xianzhengubao Capsules.Methods Several methods by TLC were described.ResultsThe optimum method was obtained: applying silica gel G plate prepared by conc. 0.3% CMCNa contained conc.0.1mol/L Na2HPO4 ,using supernatant layer of the mixture of butyl acetatemethanolH 2O(1.3∶1∶1)as the mobile phase.ConclusionTLC identification is highly specific with good reproduciblility, the spots developed are clear and the blank test show no intefrence.
