高频X线摄影对乳腺肿块微钙化的显示及分析

     [摘要] 目的：探讨高频X线摄影对乳腺肿块微钙化的诊断价值。方法：观察分析421例(489个乳腺肿块)乳腺良、恶性肿块内微钙化显示状况。所有病例均经病理证实(手术或细针穿刺活检)。结果：乳腺恶性肿块内微钙化的检出率占71.1%(59/83)，良性肿块占16.5%(67/406)，两者比较具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。钙化与年龄、肿块性质有关，与肿块大小无关。结论：高频X线摄影可以很好显示乳腺肿块微钙化，对乳腺肿块定性有着重要指导意义。

    Abstract:Objective To study the diagnostic value of the Xray Photo of High Frequencyon microcalcification in tumor of breast.Methods The images of microcalcification in the benign and malignant tumor of breast proved by surgical pathology or puncture biopsy of 421 patients(489 tumor of breast) were observed and analyzed.Results The detectable rate of microcalcification in malignant tumor of breast was 71.1%(59/83),and the rate of benign tumor was 16.5%(67/406),which had signicant statistics difference (P<0.01).Calcification has something to do with age and character of the tumor, and has nothing to do with the size of tumor.Conclusion The Xray Photo of High Frequency can reveal microcalcification in tumor of breast, and it is helpful for the differential diagnosis of tumor of reast. ......
