排毒清肠汤剂对溃疡性结肠炎豚鼠模型治疗作用的研究

     摘要：目的观察中药排毒清肠复方合剂对实验性豚鼠溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用。方法采用豚鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型，用中药复方合剂进行治疗，并与柳氮黄吡啶(SAS)进行比较。结果 SAS组、治疗药高、低剂量组与模型对照组比较，均有显著性意义(P<0.05)；治疗药高剂量组与SAS组比较，亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论高剂量排毒清肠汤剂(60 mg/100 g)治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好。

    Experimental study of therapentic effect of paiduqingchang liquid on treatment of ulcerative colitis

    Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of paiduqingchang liquid for the model of experimental ulcerative colitis(UC) of rats. Methods The UC model of rats were made. All UC rats models were randomly divided into five groups(A, B, C, D, E). There were eight rats of each group. The rats in group A and E were treated by saline. The rats in group C and D were treated by paiduqingchang liquid. The rats in group B were treated by Sulfasalazine Tablets. Results There were great difference between SAS group, paiduqingchang liquid group and model control groups. The efficiency of the rats in group C was better than that of group B. Conclusion Paiduqingchang liquid(60 mg/100 g) has a curactive effect on UC treatment. ......
