克感停热颗粒解热抗炎作用的实验研究

     摘要：目的研究克感停热(KGTR)颗粒的解热、抗炎作用。方法通过内毒素所致家兔发热、干酵母所致大鼠发热观察其解热作用；通过巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀及0.6%醋酸(HAC)致毛细血管通透性增加的炎症模型观察其抗炎作用。结果KGTR颗粒能明显减轻致热家兔和大鼠的发热反应，亦能显著抑制致炎小鼠的耳廓肿胀及小鼠毛细血管通透性的增加。结论 KGTR颗粒有明显的解热、抗炎作用。

    The Experimental Research of KGTR Granules on Antipyretic and Antiinflammatory Action

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action of the KGTR granules. MethodsThe fever animal models were induced by intravenous injection of endotoxin on rabbits and subcutaneous injection of microzyme on rats, the animal models of acute inflammation were made by using croton mixture to cause swelling of the auricle of mice and injecting 0.6%HAC to cause increase of permeability capillary vessel of mice abdominal cavity.ResultsThe KGTR granules can decrease febrile reaction of the rabbits and rats induced by pyrogens, inhibit swelling of the auricle and increase of permeability capillary vessel of mice induced by phlogistic reagents significantly. ConclusionThe KGTR granules has obvious antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action. ......
