三波长分光光度法测定多穗柯叶中黄酮的含量

摘要:目的清除由于多穗柯叶中黄酮光谱吸收峰不对称给定量分析造成的影响。方法采用三波长分光光度法测定多穗柯叶中黄酮含量。结果回归方程为△A=0.038 4C+0.001 3;相关系数R=0.999 5;检测波长λ1=460 nm,λ2=420 nm,λ3=380 nm,线性范围为500~3 000 μg/ml,回收率为96.6%~106.2%,变异系数小于0.43%。结论该方法的准确度和精密度均令人满意,且操作简便易行。关键词:黄酮类化合物; 多穗柯; 三波长分光光度法
