高效液相色谱法测定金钱草颗粒中槲皮素和山奈素的含量

     摘要:目的建立用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定金钱草颗粒中槲皮素和山奈素含量的方法。方法采用Dalian Elite Hypersil ODS2 5 μm(200 mm×4.6 mm)柱,以甲醇0.4%磷酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml·min1;检测波长为360 nm。柱温:30℃。结果该法线性关系良好,槲皮素平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.14%;山奈素平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.33%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。

    Determination of Quercetin and Kaempferol in Herba Lysimachiae Granules by HPLC

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Herba Lysimachiae Granules.MethodsDalian Elite Hypersil ODS2 5μm(200 mm×4.6 mm)column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(45∶55). The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min1;The detection wavelength was 360 nm;The column temperature was 30℃.ResultsThe linear relation was good . The average recovery of quercetin was 101.2% with RSD=1.14%;The average recovery of kaemferol was 100.1% with RSDwas1.33%.ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the granules. ......
