【摘要】 目的 探索一种治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎较理想的手术方法。方法 在鼻内镜下，切除部分肥厚的黏膜下组织和/或下鼻甲骨，治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎80例。结果 术后随访1～2年，显效66例(82.5%)，有效10例(12.5%)，无效4例(5%)；总有效率95%。无并发症发生。结论 下鼻甲黏膜下成型术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎是一种较理想的手术方法，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method of surgical management of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods 80cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with endocopic surgery.Results By the end of following up period for 1～2 years,66(82.5%) cases were significantly effective,10(12.5%) cases improved and 4(5%)case ineffective, with a total effective rate of 95%.Conclusion The method of submucosal partial resection of the inferior turbinate in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is a good and shortcut way,and it could be a choice of clinic.
