高效液相色谱法测定骨宝昕肾片中染料木素的含量

     摘要：目的用高效液相色谱法测定骨宝昕肾片中染料木素的含量。方法采用Zoobax C18(4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱，乙腈水(V∶V=30∶70)为流动相，检测波长270 nm，柱温40℃，流速1.0 ml/min。结果线性范围0.001 752~0.019 272 μg，线性关系良好，回归方程为Y=4 866 020.692 X-20.276，相关系数r=0.999 9，平均回收率为98.89%，RSD为0.91%。结论该法适合测定骨宝昕肾片中染料木素的含量。

    Determination of the Genistein in the Gubaoxinshen Tablets by HPLC

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine the content of the genistein in the Gubaoxinshen Tablets by HPLC.MethodsThe Zoobax C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm)was used,the methyl cyanide-water(V∶V=30∶70) mixture as the mobile phase,with the detection at 270 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and column temperature was 40℃. ResultsThe linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration ranges of 0.001 752~0.019 272 μg.The regression equation was Y=4 866 020.692 X-20.276, r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 98.89%,and RSD was 0.91%. ConclusionThis method was convenient,accurate and specified. ......
