【摘要】 目的 探讨125I放疗支架对食管癌组合式治疗的研究价值。方法 10例晚期食管癌放置了机织捆绑式携带125I同位素支架，操作在透视下进行，将装有支架的释放器沿导丝送入食管，通过狭窄部位后，准确定位，固定释放器内心，后拉释放绳，将支架释放，支架留置后进行造影，并摄片观察开通情况。结果 10例患者手术过程顺利，支架膨胀充分，吞咽困难缓解率100%。1例患者胸部有明显不适感，对症处理后缓解。结论 携带125I同位素支架不但扩张支撑了管腔的狭窄，同时对肿瘤组织进行同位素照射，疗效可靠。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of sectional therapy with 125I radiate stent in oesophagus carcioma.Methods Under the X-ray,10 patients were placed the stent which binded by machine and take 125I isotope.Stents were accurately fixed and correctly placed.They underwent radiography to observe the stent expand or not.Results The procedures were successful and stents were fully expending.Only one patient felt obviously discomfort but improved after supporting treatment.Conclusion 125I stent not only dilate the narrow lumen of the oesophagus but also irradiat to the tumor tissue in the meantime with crediable efficacy. ......
