【摘要】 目的 观察血脂康对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响。方法 选择60例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者，随机分成2组，在控制饮食的基础上分别给予血脂康1.2g/d口服和单纯降糖治疗8周，分别测定治疗前后的血脂水平。结果 应用降血脂药物后，患者的TG、CHO、LDL降低，HDL升高，血脂紊乱得到明显纠正。结论 血脂康对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者有明显的调脂作用，它可使TG、CHO、LDL降低，HDL升高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuezhikang on blood lipids in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated by hyperlipemia.Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated by hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups,on the basis of food control,one was treated with Xuezhikang 1.2g/d for eight weeks,the other was treated with only antihyperglycemic,then blood lipids were estimated before and after treatment.Results After treatment with Xuezhikang,TG,CHO,LDL were reduced and HDL was increased.Dyslipidemia was obviously corrected.Conclusion For type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated by hyperlipemia.Xuezhikang is effective in adjusting blood lipids.Xuezhikang can reduce TG,CHO,LDL,and increase HDL. ......
