【摘要】 目的 研究注射用胶原酶对三种亚型胶原蛋白的水解率。方法 通过绘制注射用胶原酶对三种亚型胶原蛋白的水解作用随时间的变化趋势图,来判定注射用胶原酶对何种亚型的胶原蛋白水解率最高。结果 注射用胶原酶对三种亚型胶原蛋白的水解率不同,以对Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的水解作用最强。结论 纤维环外层以Ⅰ型胶原为主,由外向内Ⅰ型胶原逐渐减少。突出椎间盘Ⅰ型胶原含量增加,纤维环Ⅰ型/Ⅱ型的比例升高。由于注射用胶原酶对三种亚型的胶原蛋白水解率是Ⅲ型>Ⅱ型>Ⅰ型,所以,胶原酶化学溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效具有逐步显现、缓慢增加、渐趋稳定的特点。【关键词】 胶原酶;胶原蛋白;水解;率

【Abstract】 Objective To research collagenase solution hydrolytic rate to three different types collagen. Methods Through drawing time-changing trend diagram of collagenase solution hydrolysis to three types collagen,to judge which one type collagen hydrolytic rate is the highest by collagenase solution.Results Collagenase solution have different hydrolytic rate to three types collagen and the hydrolysis to type Ⅲ collagen is the strongest.
