【摘要】 目的 探讨肇事精神分裂症患者康复期的心理状况与社会支持系统的效果。 方法 对121例肇事精神分裂症患者康复期的心理、社会支持系统及临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 患者康复期主要表现为惧怕亲人抛弃，婚姻危机感强烈，极为关注家属、亲友、邻居及社会的态度，对回归社会忧心忡忡，常感后悔、内疚，易产生轻生念头。结论 有效的心理干预和良好的社会支持系统可增强患者的治疗依从性，提高疗效，减少复发，促进早日回归社会。

    An analysis on psychological status of schizophrenics with making trouble at recovery stage

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychological status and social support system of schizophrenia with making trouble at recovery stage. Methods 121 schizophrenic patients in recovery stage were conducted with the retrospective analysis on psychological status and social support system and clinical data. Results The patients in recovery stage mainly showed fear of being abandoned and marriage crisis, paid much attention to the attitude of family numbers, relatives, neighbors and community. They worried much about returning to the society, and were full of repent and guilt and easy to commit suicide. Conclusion The efficiency psychological intervention and better social support system can enhance the compliance of the patients, improve curative effect, and make them return society early. ......
