【摘要】 笔者采用口服降血糖药+中药熏浴(全身浸泡)+外敷中药+内服中药治愈1例Ⅰ级糖尿病足。中医外治可大大减少糖尿病足的截肢率，是目前治疗糖尿病足的较佳方法。

    【Abstract】 The writer adopt taking hypoglycemic orally and smoke-washing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine (the whole body soaking) and external application with Chinese herbal medicine and oral administration Chinese herbal medicine cure a case of diabetic foot(Ⅰlevel).Treating externally with traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the amputate rate for diabetes greatly，which is the better method that treat diabetic foot currently.
