    摘要 目的 探讨survivin mRNA表达与乳腺癌血管生成的关系。方法 应用原位杂交检测survivin mRNA在97例乳腺癌组织、56例癌旁乳腺组织中的表达；通过免疫组化Elivision法检测endoglin标记的MVD记数的表达情况。结果 survivin mRNA在癌旁乳腺组织、乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为1.79%(1 / 56)、72.16%(70/97)，后者的阳性率明显高于前者(P<0.005)；survivin mRNA表达阳性组中endoglin-MVD显著高于survivin mRNA表达阴性组(P<0.05)。结论 survivin mRNA参与了乳腺癌的血管生成。

    Abstract Objective To study mRNA expression of survivin in the breast cancer with angiogenesis. Methods mRNA expression of survivin was detected in 97 cases with breast cancer and 56 cases with neighboring noncancerous tissue with the in-situ hybridization method. Endglin-MVD was studied with the EliVision method of immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of survivin mRNA level were 1.79%(1 / 56)、72.16%(70 /97)in the neighboring noncancerous tissue and breast cancer, the positive rates in the last group was higher than that in the former group(P<0.005)；Endoglin-MVDs in survivin mRNA positive tumors were significantly higher than those in survivin mRNA negative tumors(P<0.05). Conclusion Survivin mRNA level is correlated with angiogenesis in breast cancer. ......
