两歧双歧杆菌对鼠伤寒感染小鼠模型的生物治疗作用

     摘要：目的：研究两歧双歧杆菌在体内对鼠伤寒沙门菌(salmonella typhimurium, STM)感染小鼠的治疗作用。方法：先用硫酸链霉素给正常小鼠灌胃2 d，出现菌群失调症状，再用STM灌胃造成小鼠STM感染，使用两歧双歧杆菌液干预治疗STM感染小鼠，检测不同治疗时间各组小鼠粪便STM菌落数。结果：随着治疗天数的增加，STM菌落数逐渐减少，未干预组、生理盐水组及双歧杆菌组STM菌落数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)，其中双歧杆菌组STM菌落数下降最快。结论：双歧杆菌对小鼠STM感染有治疗作用。

    Biological function of Bifidobacterium retreatment on

    experimental salmonellosis in mice

    Abstract: Objective: The objective of this study was to examine the effct of bifidobacteria in the experimental salmonellosis in mice. Method: First, normal mice was given orally by SM, and then was given orally by STM, these mice were formed experimental salmonellosis models, finally these salmonellosis models was treated by bifidobacterium or N.S, and examine interrelated data.Result: The CFU of STM decreased gradually by the increasing day of the treatment, Statistics revealed there were different among three groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: There were changes among three groups, bifidobacterium retreatment on salmonellosis in mice is positive. ......
