【摘要】 目的 了解乙型肝炎患者的心理健康状况。 方法 对50例乙型肝炎患者采用症状自评量表进行心理状况评定，并与全国常模比较。 结果 乙型肝炎患者症状自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分均高于全国常模(P<0.01)。 结论 乙型肝炎患者心理状况普遍较差，提示在药物治疗的同时，应加强心理治疗。【关键词】 症状自评量表；心理状况；乙型肝炎
Analysis on Psychological States Of Patients With Hepatitis B

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the mental states of patients with hepatitis B. Methods The mental status of 50 patients with hepatitis B were tested with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL90). And the results were compared with Chinese norm. Results Compared to the Chinese norm, the total scale, mean scale and the scales of somatization, obsessivecompulsive, interpersonal, depression, anxiety and phobic of SCL90 were higher significantly. Conclusion The psychological health in hepatitis B patients were worse than normal. Psychological treatment should be enforced at the sometime of drug therapy.
