     【摘要】 目的探讨无张力疝修补的手术方式，减少术后复发。方法不追求小切口，正确判断疝环的边界，确保植入物放置覆盖整个腹股沟区，并与周围的坚韧组织适当重叠，确切缝合。结果本组186例病人随访6个月～5年，无一例复发。结论避免术后复发和减少术后并发症应完善手术方式。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the methods of stainless herniorrhaphy to avoid the postoperative recrudescence.Methods Dont pursue the little kerf and determine the boundary of hernial ring to make it sure that the embedded object be placed covering the entire groin and overlapped properly with the surrounding tough tissue and seamed right.Results All the patients in the186cases of our test group from half a year ago to 5 years ago dont recrudesce.Conclusion The operation methods should be optimized to avoid the postoperative recrudescence andcomplication.
