【摘要】 目的 评价和比较3种手术方式(腹腔镜、经阴道与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术)的临床效果。方法 选择2003年3月～2005年11月在我科行子宫肌瘤剔除术共46例患者，其中腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(简称腔式)的患者14例，经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术(简称阴式)的患者12例，与同期行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术(简称腹式)20例进行比较，评价三组的临床效果。结果 腔式组、阴式组住院时间、术后排气时间、术后发热均较腹式组短，而出血量增加较腹式差异有显著性。结论 腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术、阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术相比各具有一定优势。可根据不同的情况而选择，满足患者多方面的要求。
