【摘要】 目的 对地榆配方颗粒进行质量标准研究。方法 采用薄层色谱法对地榆配方颗粒进行定性鉴别，采用高效液相色谱法对地榆配方颗粒中没食子酸进行含量测定。结果 定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显，专属性强；高效液相色谱法能进行没食子酸的含量测定。该方法的线性范围为0.776～3.88μg(r=0.9998)，平均回收率为100.3%(RSD=1.2%，n=5)。结论 本法操作简便、准确，重复性好，能有效控制地榆配方颗粒的质量。
