【摘要】 目的 综合分析近10年中西医临床研究资料，探讨贫血与出血的相互关系。方法 对近10年的文献进行分析。结果 研究发现，虽然贫血和出血病症不同，但两者间却又相互影响，联系密切；尤其是贫血中的出血反应，无论是贫血引起出血，还是出血引起贫血，体内出血较多，极为隐匿，难以诊断，因此危害较大。结论 认识贫血与出血的关系以及细致探查、见微知著，提高贫血中出血的诊断率，对于临床治疗有十分重要的意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective From the research in the clinical literature of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine，we inquire out the interrelation of anemia and bleeding.Methods We reviewed related literature.Results It has been found that，although the symptoms of anemia and bleeding are different，the two cases influence each other and related closely;especially the reaction of bleeding in the case of anemia，no matter anemia causes bleeding or bleeding brings anemia，there are more bleedings in body and it is difficult to diagnose.So it’s more harmful.Conclusion In the case of clinical treatment，it is very significative to understand the relationship between bleeding and anemia，as well as investigate carefully，seek from small clues，and improve the diagnosis rate of bleeding in anemia.
