     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)胆道损伤的发生原因,预防措施。方法：回顾我院11年来开展LC 7 210例的临床资料,分析其损伤发生的原因、部位。结果：胆道损伤18例,胆道损伤发生率025%。结论：规范腔镜医师培训,提高腔镜操作技术,严把手术质量关,避免自信盲目,重视解剖变异、病理性异常的术式选择,中转手术是预防胆道损伤的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the cause and prevention of biliary duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:After revewing the clinical data of 7 210 LC cases in the last 11 years,the cause and sites of injury were analyzed.Results:In all cases 18 had biliary injuries(0.25%,18/7 210).Conclusions:The linchpin for preventing biliary ducts injury is to standard the training of laparoscopic doctors,to improve the laparoscopic operation technique,to avoid over slefconfidence,to pay more attention to the anatomic variation and to transfer to open operation if necessary. ......
