非脱垂子宫改良阴式全子宫切除37例分析

     【摘要】 目的：探讨非脱垂子宫阴式切除手术的方法、效果及手术要点。方法：通过对手术器械加以改进，对32例非脱垂子宫经阴道切除。结果：手术均获成功，平均手术时间32min(20～120min)，平均出血量50ml(30～150ml)，术后住院平均4d(3～7d)。结论：非脱垂子宫经阴道切除创伤小、出血少、恢复快、疼痛轻，对手术器械加以改进，使手术更安全可靠、迅速，达到微创手术的治疗目的，完全可行，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the most appropriate surgical methods and effects of hysterectomy, surgical essentials.Methods: To improve the surgical instruments, and perform 32 transvaginal hysterectomies for noprolapse uterus.Results:The mean operating time was 32min(ranged 20120min).The mean blood loss during operation was 50ml(ranged 50100ml).The average postoperative hospitalization were 4days(range 37days).Conclusions:Transvaginal hysterectomy is associated with remarkable advantages:minimal invasion less blood loss,quicker recovery,less pain. Improving surgical instruments make hysterectomy safer and quicker.It is a safe and adopted operation. ......
