【摘要】 目的 深入探讨意外伤害存在的一些客观及主观因素，如：生活习惯、生活环境、健康教育的认知及家长的婚姻情况、生活习惯、健康教育的认知等对伤害发生的影响。方法 采取整群抽样的方法，我们在浦东新区的4个学区随机选取了8所小学，采用自编的“浦东新区学生意外伤害知识问卷”及“浦东新区学生家长意外伤害知识问卷”，分别对家长及学生进行意外伤害知识、信念、行为、态度的调查。结果 对学生的生活习惯的调查发现，学生中曾乘车不系安全带、购买流动摊贩食品、课间拿文具嬉闹分别占着相当高的比例；对学生两项技能的调查发现，游泳和骑车中，学生中仍存在着不少危险因素。在回顾性调查显示意外伤害的发生率为7.94%，远远大于疾病预防控制中心得到的报告发生率。家长调查中，父母亲的文化程度、婚姻状况与本次调查的行为有着一定的影响。结论 通过此项研究，为今后针对性地开展意外伤害的预防和控制提供理论依据。
