腹腔镜检查在腹部外科的应用

     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜用以诊断腹部外科疾病及选择治疗方案的可行性。方法：回顾分析2001年4月至2003年2月62例患者应用腹腔镜检查确诊及正确选择治疗方案的临床资料。结果：21例证实了术前诊断，3例否定了术前诊断，38例得以确诊，并根据确诊情况采取了相应的治疗措施。结论：对于术前常规检查不能确诊或不能确定治疗方案的患者，腹腔镜检查特别适用，且安全有效。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscopy in diagnosing and treating of abdominal diseases.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 62 patients receiving laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment from April 2001 to February 2003 was performedResults：21 patients were in accord with diagnosis before operation,3 were not and 38 were confirmed and performed corresponding treatment.Conclusions：Laparoscopic examination is safe and effective,especially suitable for the patients who can not be diagnosed or treated in routine methods.
