    摘要:目的 制备磷酸苯丙哌林缓释微丸,评价其体外释药特性。方法 采用离心造粒法制备磷酸苯丙哌林微丸,以Eudragit® NE30D 为包衣材料进行包衣,并考察包衣增重、热处理时间等因素对磷酸苯丙哌林缓释微丸体外释药特性的影响。结果 包衣增重为3 %,热处理时间为24 h时,包衣微丸呈现明显的缓释效果,其体外释药特性与国产缓释片基本一致。结论 离心造粒法可用于制备磷酸苯丙哌林缓释微丸。

    Preparation of benproperine phosphate sustained-release pellets

    Abstract: Objective To prepare benproperine phosphate sustained-release pellets and study its release characteristics. Methods Pellets were prepared by centrifugal-coating granulation method, using Eudragit® NE30D as sustained-release coating material. The effect of the coating level and curing time on the release rate of benproperine phosphate from the sustained-release pellets were studied. Results The coating pellets show an obviously sustained-release effect with the coating level of 3 % and thermal treatment for 24 h. The release characteristics of the coating pellets is basically consistant with sustained-release tablets. Conclusion Benproperine phosphate sustained–release pellets are successfully prepared.
