鸦胆子油乳静脉输液的制备及其基本性质

摘要:目的 制备鸦胆子油乳静脉输液并对其基本性质进行初步考察。方法 以大豆卵磷脂为乳化剂,甘油为调渗剂制备鸦胆子油乳静脉输液;用激光粒度仪、渗透压计、黏度计等分别测定鸦胆子油乳静脉输液的粒径及分布、渗透压、黏度、溶血性等,并初步考察了鸦胆子油乳静脉输液的稳定性。结果 鸦胆子油乳静脉输液的粒径分布为(152±20) nm, 渗透压为 287.2 mOsmol•kg-1,黏度为1.128×10-3 Pa•s,且不发生溶血反应;鸦胆子油乳静脉输液稳定性参数(KE)为8.1%,室温留样12个月物理及化学性质基本稳定。结论 制备的鸦胆子油乳静脉输液主要指标符合静脉输液乳剂的要求。

Abstract: Objective To prepare the Brucea Javanica oil intravenous transfusion emulsion and to determine several of its properties. Methods Phosphosphonolipid was used as emulsifier and glycerine was used as osmotic pressure regulator to prepare the Brucea Javanica oil intravenous transfusion emulsion.
