摘要：目的 建立乙氧苯柳胺软膏的体外释放方法。方法 采用改进Franz扩散池和人工膜的体外释放实验方法，考察乙氧苯柳胺的累积释放百分率选择合适的人工膜；考察乙氧苯柳胺软膏的释放曲线选择合适的接收介质。结果 乙氧苯柳胺软膏体外释放条件为：用0.45 μm尼龙膜作为人工膜，用含体积分数为30 %丙二醇的PH值为7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液作为接收介质。结论 所选方法可用于乙氧苯柳胺软膏的体外释放测试。

Abstract：Objective To establish the in vitro drug release method for estimation of the topical etofesalamide(ETO)creams. Method In vitro drug release from topical etofesalamide creams was carried out using a modified Franz-type diffusion cells, and the influence of different kinds of synthetic membrane and receptor medium on the release of etofesalamide was studied. Result The optimal drug release characteristics were obtained using 0.45 μm nylon membrane as synthetic membrane and 30% propylene glycol/PBS7.4 as the receptor medium respectively. Conclusion The established method might be used to assess the in vitro drug release from the etofesalamide creams.
