【摘要】 目的 旨在评价进口与国产雷帕霉素涂层支架在同一患者的手术成功率及近、远期并发症。方法 65例冠心病患者(男52例，女13例)经桡动脉途径PCI同时植入国产与进口药物涂层支架(FIREBIRD与CYPHER)，比较两种支架的手术成功率、近期并发症(支架内血栓形成)及6个月的主要不良心脏事件(MACE)、再狭窄率。结果 两种药物涂层支架在65例患者均成功植入，手术成功率100%。有1例患者出现CYPHER支架内亚急性支架内血栓形成。25例完成冠脉造影复查，两种药物涂层支架各有1例支架内再狭窄。无再发心肌梗死、死亡，各有1例行靶病变再次PCI。结论 国产与进口雷帕霉素涂层支架治疗冠心病同样安全有效。
