【摘要】 目的 了解我市幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染情况，为蛲虫病的防治工作提供依据。方法 对我市6所幼儿园的981名儿童采用透明胶纸肛拭法镜检蛲虫卵。结果 我市3～7岁儿童蛲虫感染率平均为15.19%；3～4岁、4～5岁、5～6岁及6～7岁感染率分别为3.27%、17.14%、26.31%和6.52%，各年龄组差异有显著性(P<0.05)；其中男、女儿童蛲虫感染率分别为14.64%和15.94%，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 我市儿童蛲虫感染率虽略低于我国人群平均感染率(26.36%)[1]，但不可掉以轻心，广大医务工作者应加强防治力度，进一步降低感染率。
