中西医早期干预促进婴儿智能发育的临床研究

     【摘要】目的研究中西医结合早期干预对新生儿在婴儿期智能发育的影响。方法选择2003年1月～2006年1月在我院出生的560例新生儿，随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组在新儿期即给予中医推拿捏脊、抚触、游泳、听背景音乐、看彩色球等刺激，同时指导家长进行视、听、感知觉及运动方向的训练，用《北京Gesell婴儿发育检查方法》[1]监测干预组与对照组在3、6、12个月的发育商(DQ)。结果干预组在适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言和对外界反应，与对照组相比，差异有显著性。结论中西医早期干预对新生儿智能发育方面有良好的促进作用。而且经济、方便、易被接受。

    Early interference improves newborn baby’s intelligence development

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of early interference to newborn baby’s intelligence development during babystage.Methods 560 babies born at Xiangyin Maternity and Childcare Hospital were randomly divided into interference group and comparison group.The babies in the interference group got tactile impressing,listened to background music and saw red balls.The DQ of the babies in both groups was monitored with the method of Beijing Gesell Baby Development Test when the babies were 3months,6months and 12 months old.Results The babies ability in the interference group was obviously different from the babies in the comparison group.The abilities included adaptability,language,social intercourse,limb movement and small joint movement.Conclusion Early interference to the premature can improve a baby’s intelligence development.The method is effective and economical. ......
