【摘要】目的：探讨结节性硬化症(TS)的脑电图(EEG)和头颅CT的特征及其与临床的关系。方法：对80例TS进行EEG和头颅CT检查。 结果：80例TS头颅CT均发现钙化结节，其中93.75%的TS发现室管膜下钙化结节，83.75%的TS发现脑实质钙化结节。90%的TS患者EEG显示不同程度的异常，EEG异常波多为阵发性高幅慢波、棘(尖)波及棘(尖)慢复合波。结论：EEG配合头颅CT检查对TS的临床诊断、治疗和疗效评估具有重要价值。

    Analysis of 80 patients with tuberous sclerosis

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the electroencephalograpm (EEG) changes, CT characteristics and the relationship with the clinical signs in patients with tuberous sclerosis (TS). Methods:80 cases of TS were studied with EEG and CT.Results: The tuberous sclerosis were found in all patients by CT. Subependymal nodules were found in 75 patients out of 80 ones (93.75%). Cortical tubers and white matter abnormalities were found in 67 patients out of the 80 patients (83.75%). Abnormal EEGs were found in 72 patients out of 80 ones, at a abnormal rate of 90%.The most abnormal waves were paroxysmal slow waves, spike (sharp) waves, spike(sharp)and wave complex discharge.Conclusions: EEG and CT play an important role in diagnosis the disease of TS. ......
