【摘要】目的：探讨中西医结合治疗抗结核药物致药物性肝炎的临床效果。方法： 采用随机对照的方法将70例抗结核药治疗过程中出现肝功能异常患者分为对照组35例，治疗组35例，对照组以5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml，阿拓莫兰1.2 g静脉滴注，每天1次，治疗组在西药组基础上加服肝复康汤，1剂/d，水煎，分2次服用，观察两组治疗前后TBIL、 ALT、 AST等指标。结果：临床总有效率对照组71.4%(25/35)，治疗组94.3%(33/35)，比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：肝复康汤治疗抗结核药致药物性肝炎具有明显疗效。

    Clinical Observation on Effect of Liver-rehabilitating Decoction (Ganfukangtang) in Treating Cholestatic Hepatitis Caused by Anti Tuberculosis Drugs

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore clinical effect treating cholestatic hepatitis caused by anti tuberculosis drugs by means of combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods:Use the method of random contrast. Divide 70 patients with symptoms of liver function anomaly while being treated with anti tuberculosis drugs into two groups-35 in the contrast group and another 35 in the treating group. Those in the contrast group are treated by injecting 250ml 5% glucose and dripping 1.2 Reduced Giufathione for injection once a day, while those in the treating group, besides treatments used in the former group, are cured with Ganfukangtang (Liver-rehabilitating Decoction) one packet everyday, decocted with water and then divided into two doses.Results: Study the indexes of TBLL, ALT and AST before and after treatment, and the general clinical effective rate in the contrast group is 25/35, 71.4%, meanwhile that of the treating group is 33/35, 94.3%. Notable difference has turned up (P<0.01).Conclusions: Ganfukangtang has remarkable effect on treating Cholestatic Hepatitis Caused by Anti Tuberculosis Drugs. ......
