【摘要】目的：研究孕妇合并糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)对母儿的影响及妊娠对DR的影响。方法： 回顾性分析1987年7月-2003年7月56例妊娠合并糖尿病患者，其中合并糖尿病性视网膜病变7例为A组，无视网膜病变的49例为B组。结果：A组和B组，两组并发症均较高，但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。并发症的高低与血糖水平密切相关。28.5%孕妇视网膜病变以孕期加重，但仍属于单纯型。结论：当孕妇合并视网膜病变时，仍可继续妊娠，但要密切观察眼底变化和血糖监测与控制，以减少母婴并发症的发生。

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the influence on mother and child of pregnant woman with diabetic retinopathy(DR) and pregnant influence on DR. Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted of 56 cases pregnancy with diabetes from July 1987 to July 2003 among which 7 cases with DR named group A and 49 cases without DR named group B. Results: Complications occurred frequently in two groups, but there were no singificent difference between them. There were high correlation between complications and blood sugar level. DR still belong to simplextype in spite of aggravated in 28.5 percent of pregnant women. Conclusions: Pregnancy with DR could continue. However, Changes of eyeground and blood sugar need to be detected and controlled rigorously aming at decreasing complications on mother and neonate. ......
