摘要：目的：探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后异位妊娠发生的危险因素。方法：回顾性分析7年间施行IVF-ET(包括卵胞浆内单精子显微注射)1134个周期及冻融移植317个周期的资料，分析不孕原因及胚胎移植距宫底的深度与异位妊娠的关系。结果：输卵管因素所致不孕IVF-ET后的异位妊娠的发生率显著高于非输卵管因素不孕，移植胚胎的深度距宫底小于1.0cm组异位妊娠率显著高于1.1～2.0cm组。结论：输卵管因素是IVF-ET中发生异位妊娠的高危因素，移植胚胎距离宫底1.1～2.0cm可有效减少异位妊娠的发生。

    Analysis of Ectopic Pregnancy After in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the risk of ectopic pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Method: This study retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 1134 cases after IVF-ET and 317 cases after cryopreservation and thrawing embryo transfer. Result: Ectopic pregnancy rate of tubal factor infertility after IVF-ET was significantly higher than non- tubal factor infertility. Ectopic pregnancy rate of the group of distance less than 1.0cm from transfer- tubal tip to uterine fundus was higher than 1.1～2.0cm group significantly. Conclusion: Tubal factor is risk factor of ectopic pregnancy after IVF-ET; 1.1～2.0cm from transfer- tubal tip to uterine fundus is proper distance of embryo transfer for decreasing ectopic pregnancy rate effectively. ......
