【摘要】 目的 研究胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达及其与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 用免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达情况，并分析其表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。结果 60例胃癌组织中，CD44v6、COX-2和MMP-2表达阳性率分别为61.7%(37/60)，55.0%(33/60)和73.3%(44/60)。胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 胃癌组织中CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2的表达与胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关，提示CD44v6、COX-2、MMP-2可作为判断胃癌预后的指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of CD44v6,COX-2 and MMP-2 in gastric carcinomas and there relationship to lymph node metastasis.Methods The expression of CD44v6,COX-2 and MMP-2 in gastric carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemical method,and their relationship with lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results The positive rates for the expression of CD44v6,COX-2 and MMP-2 in 60 gastric cancer tissues were 61.7%(37/60),55.0%(33/60)and 73.3%(44/60),respectively.The expression of CD44v6,COX-2 and MMP-2 were significantly related with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The expression of CD44v6,COX-2 and MMP-2 were significantly related with lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinomas,showing that they can be used as indicators to predict prognosis of gastric carcinomas. ......
