【摘要】 目的 了解包皮过长、包茎对慢性前列腺炎的影响。方法 全部病例分为试验组和对照组，试验组为慢性前列腺炎合并包皮过长、包茎患者，对照组为慢性前列腺炎不合并包皮过长、包茎，两组治疗方法相同，包括有效抗生素、口服消炎痛、前列康、禁酒及刺激性食物、定期进行前列腺按摩、热水坐浴。全部病例均进行随访。结果 试验组慢性细菌性前列腺炎的发病率为36.67%，明显高于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)，治疗有效率为40.00%，明显低于对照组的61.90%(P<0.05)，试验组复发率较对照组有增高的趋势。结论 包皮过长、包茎对慢性前列腺炎的发生发展有重要影响，它可能是慢性前列腺炎难以治疗的原因之一。
