【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管镜微创气压弹道碎石术(URSL)与体外震波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 对2000年1月～2005年12月分别使用URSL与ESWL治疗输尿管结石641例患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 URSL治疗总有效率为95.5%，明显高于ESWL治疗的总有效率72.1%(P<0.01)。结论 采用URSL治疗输尿管中、下段结石疗效确切、安全性高、创伤小、恢复快，优于ESWL；治疗输尿管上段结石用ESWL疗效较URSL理想。

    Clinical analysis of ureteroscopic micro pneumatic lithotripsy and estracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy for treatment of ureteral calculi

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ureteroscopic micro pneumatic lithotripsy and estracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy for treatment of ureteric calculi.Methods During January 2000 and December 2005,641 patients with ureteral calculi were divided into two groups randomly and treated respectively with URSL or ESWL were analysed retrospectively.Results The total efficacy rate of the URSL group and ESWL group were 95.5% and 72.1% (P<0.01).Conclusion URSL treatment of middle-lower uretaral calculi has been effective,safe,less invasive.ESWL is suitable for the treatment of choice for patients with upper ureteral calculi. ......
