【摘要】 目的 对成人急性共同性内斜视进行回顾性研究，获取诊断、治疗的共性。方法 对成人急性共同性内斜视病人15例进行内直肌徙后的调整缝线手术，术后常规进行1～2周同视机训练，收集资料，进行数据统计、分析。结果 (1)看远斜度大于看近。(2)实际手术量比共同性内斜大。(3)术后双眼视功能恢复好。(4)大部分病人复视消失。(5)内直肌止端靠前。结论 急性共同性内斜视大部分可通过手术矫正达到复视消失、功能治愈的目的，手术量的计算与其他共同性内斜视不同。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study adult acute comitant esotropia.Obtain the intercommunity of diagnosis and treatment.Methods Adjustable recession of medial rectus muscle procedure were performed in 15 cases of adult acute comitant esotropia. 1～2 week normal regulation training by synoptophore after operation was done.Collect，statistics and analyze the data.Results (1)The degrees of strabismus is more when see the distant place than see the neighboring district.(2)The actual surgical operation quantity large than comitant esotropia.(3)Binocular single vision function instaurate good after operation.(4)The most patient’s diplopia was disappeared.(5)Medial rectus muscle adhere place is front.Conclusion The most of adult acute comitant esotropia attain the purpose of diplopia disappear ......
