【摘要】 目的 总结和分析支撑喉镜下显微手术治疗喉部疾病的方法。方法 选取近4年接受显微喉镜手术治疗的病例130例，其中男73例，女57例，年龄2～77岁，对手术方法与相关经验教训进行回顾性分析。结果 所有病人在接受治疗后，喉部病灶均得到有效清除。结论 显微喉镜手术治疗不同的喉部疾病，有相应不同的手术方法和技巧。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the methods of treatment of laryngeal disease by microlaryngoscopic surgery.Methods To select 130 patients who had accepted the treatment of microlaryngoscopic surgery during the past four years.They include 73 males and 57 females.Their age was 2～77 years old.These methods are reviewed and analyzed.The experience and lessons were summed up.Results The laryngeal lesionsof these patients were eliminated sufficiently after treating.Conclusion Different laryngeal disease is treated by microlaryngoscopic surgery.Different operating technique is needed. ......
