【摘要】 目的 掌握机关离退休干部这一特殊群体的用药现状，为合理、安全、有效、经济地应用药物提供可靠的依据和建议。方法 统计403名离退休干部在2005年，用药处方所开具药品的种类、数量、剂量等情况，回顾性的分析、总结老年人用药的特点、规律及合理性。结果 有83.6%的人存在用药种类多、药量大、重复用药现象。结论 要改变这种不良的用药状况，首先是本人要充分认识到不良用药的危害性，加强合理用药意识。医疗保健部门要加大合理用药的宣传、管理力度。政府要尽快出台更加适合国情的医疗保健政策。
